Good afternoon. I'm Tony Meeker, Chairman of the Board of BBSI, and I now call the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders to order. James Potts, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, will act as secretary to this meeting. AST has been appointed teller and inspector of elections for the meeting. David Cary from AST is present today. I want to thank you for attending the 2021 annual meeting of BBSI. We are emerging from one of the most demanding times in recent memory, facing a worldwide economic shutdown, and at the same time, navigating a historic pandemic has taxed everyone. One year ago, at the beginning of the second quarter of 2020, BBSI witnessed dramatically increased unemployment, causing retreating top line revenues. In addition, our clients were looking for answers to big questions. Just before the pandemic began, the Board of Directors introduced to all stakeholders a new President and CEO. Just 2 weeks after Gary was appointed, the world dramatically changed. Gary and the BBSI team rolled up their collective sleeves and went to work. Within weeks, BBSI had met the immediate challenges of the COVID-19 staffing changes at all levels of the company. In addition, BBSI helped deliver quality services to our clients. Our record client retention through 2020 confirms the value BBSI brings to our customers. Most important of all, the strategic initiatives launched at the beginning of the year were kept in place. The stock repurchase program was confirmed and executed on plan. Investments in human capital continued. Dividends were continued each quarter. The improvements and investments in IT were accomplished as planned. Derisking the company continued through the removal of $115.6 million in an outstanding workers' compensation claims for the 3-year period 2014 to 2017. We achieved nationwide PEO licensure. Branch development continued, and we continued our review of potential M&A opportunities. The Board of Directors believe the good results are the product of sustained value creation. Long-term value is created by corporate behaviors focused on long-term results. Short-term solutions only look good in the short term. The BBSI philosophy is to create long-term value for investors, our customers and our employees. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank all BBSI employees for the hard and successful work over the last year. We thank our investors for staying with us through this time. We believe in a bright future for BBSI because of the continued focus on sustained initiatives. James Potts, please advise us as to the mailing of notice of the annual meeting and the number of shares represented at this meeting in person and by proxy.

Thank you, Tony, and hello, everyone, and thank you for your support and confidence in BBSI. Similar to last year, and since we're virtual again, I will provide some prepared remarks. As Tony mentioned in his prepared remarks, BBSI did not sit idly by during the pandemic. First and foremost, I am very proud of the work and support that we delivered to our clients as we assisted in the challenging situations of layoffs and furloughs while deciphering all the various legislations from essential versus nonessential to FFCRA to the CARES Act and to the processing of employee retention credits. We developed reports or made introductions to assist our clients in applying for the various grants, loans and subsidies. And then we assisted on work-from-home programs and then fortunately, return-to-work programs. Simply put, we were there for our clients in their time of need. Unfortunate situations like COVID are why BBSI is here and why we exist: to advocate for the success of the business owner. Secondarily, I'm very happy with the advancements we made regarding our strategic initiatives that Tony previously mentioned, most notably, our new myBBSI platform. We delivered superior services while executing to our long-term strategic plan, and I would just like to thank everyone in the BBSI family for their hard work and efforts throughout the year. Our hard work was rewarded, and I am proud of the financial results we earned in 2020. Our gross billings were relatively flat for the year, which includes the effect of the pandemic. Our earnings per share was $4.39, and we finished with a stronger balance sheet than we started as our unrestricted cash investments grew by $43 million. All in, I am very appreciative of our teams and the results we achieved. As we look to 2021 and beyond, we had a really good start to the year with our results exceeding most of our internal and external metrics in Q1 of '21. We saw a continuation of the positive trends that we experienced in the back half of the fourth quarter extend into 2021, and we expect these trends to further accelerate as we emerge from a COVID economy. Company is in an excellent position, and we are optimistic about our future. Our new client-facing technology, myBBSI, is operational and is making a difference for our clients and is opening doors for us. People have been and continue to be our product. Packaging their knowledge and expertise with myBBSI and the ability to transact nationally strategically positions us to sell and service a broader market. Our model is scalable, and we will continue to invest in new business units and new geographies. We have also invested in various sales and marketing initiatives, and we believe that all these investments will accelerate future growth. When we go to market, we are offering the best of BBSI. We have various products and services consisting of strategic consulting, human resources, information technology, insurance, risk management, financial stability and staffing and recruiting. When we meet with a potential client, they may join BBSI because we have a certain pain point that we solve today, but they will stay because we deliver our whole suite of products flawlessly. Thank you. And with that, we will open it up to questions from shareholders.

And we have a couple of questions in the queue, I'm just going to run through one by one. The first question is, Gary, you manage a firm with a lot of moving parts. Will you please share with us the financial metrics you believe are most important when accessing the health of our business? Thank you. That's a good question. So we are -- I'll say we're fundamentalists when we think of the business. We don't give too much as far as non-GAAP metrics or non-GAAP measures, and that's because we truly believe in net income, cash flow and cash on the balance sheet as our core operating principles. And in 2021, we revised our earnings outlook. And in our outlook, we gave what we think are better targets and better measures that are used to manage the business. And those specifically were worksite employees, worksite employee growth and gross margin. So they're the metrics that we use internally to measure the health of the business, and that's what we're reporting on externally now. Next question. Gary, the May 2021 corporate presentation lists additional client services as a source of future growth. Can you please offer some examples of what you are considering? When we think of additional services, we -- we're set up now to be in a position to offer new products and services. And the reason that is, is because we can deliver them through myBBSI. So with myBBSI, we now own our client experience, the UX, UI. And we can determine what other products and services we want to put into the plumbing. So the basic idea here is we set ourselves up so that we can offer more products and services, and we'll have a product road map. But right now, it would be a little premature for us to talk about what's next. That will come down the line for us. Next question. Gary, during the most recent earnings call, you mentioned a new digital marketing campaign. Where can shareholders see it? So in 2020, we invested in a sales and marketing team that has gone through a sales and marketing orderly plan, where we've developed collateral. We've created a social presence. We created a new company website at bbsi.com. And the intent of the website is to attract and retain new clients and new referral partners. And it clearly articulates the value proposition of BBSI. So we've gone through a big lift to get to where we are. And now we're looking at the next step is how do we use digital to attract and retain additional clients and additional referral partners. So we just launched this 1.5 weeks ago. It's only been 1.5 weeks. So it's very premature to talk about it, but we're excited about it. We're optimistic that this is going to be another lever that we can pull for growth. But we will speak to that more in Q3 when we have some more definitive answers on the earnings call. If anybody has any more questions, we'll take them. Not seeing any more questions coming in, we will wrap the questions segment with this, but thank you for your questions. They were all great questions.
